This dealer has been extraordinary! I work for an airline and often can only get my car in early morning or late night. When I told a friend I was able to turn my car in at 8pm they wanted to know where. I have been very happy with the service. Not only did the mechanics fix my problem with the car, but also they proactively caught problems before they became bigger issues. I am so thankful for their help. I told a friend of mine and he recently purchased a diesel Jetta from them.

The service representative I interacted with (I think his name was Jim) was very friendly and informative. Your pricing was competitive, and I was told what my service (20,000 maintenance) included when I called for pricing information and scheduling. Other dealerships were vague (for example, one didn't know what was included OR the price, and said someone would have to call back, and then they called back and just had a price, which was ridiculous). Though I was using another dealer for all maintenance before, and that one is much closer to home, I will be coming back to your dealership because my overall experience was better.

I have purchased two of my vehicles thru Burnsville Volkswagen. I have always been impressed with the way I was treated by the Service Department. I am a "car guy" and bought my Beetle Turbo S, knowing that it is a rare car. I also own a Mustang convertible that I show at car shows. So I'm very picky/selective about where I have my cars serviced. Everyone there at Burnsville VW (Sandie, Jeremy, Borey, etc.) is excellent! They are "top notch" people. They are always helpful and answer all of my questions. The service that the dealership provides to their customers is "top notch." Two things that I found that are extremely nice touches....Providing a shuttle service for customers....and a car wash. The car wash is really a nice thing for me, either when I don't have time to wash it myself, or in the winter. I am a clean car nut and it's nice to drive away from the dealership in a clean car. Great job everyone at Burnsville Volkswagen!!!!! Keep up the good work!

Brian and Jim were professional, courteous, and helpful... as usual. I recently underwent an ankle fusion. I tried to schedule service so it would all be complete before surgery. When the vehicle issues took a bit longer than expected (parts availability), Brian made sure the vehicle was delivered to me so that I would not have to worry about getting the Tiguan when only 2 days out of major surgery. There is no value I can place on this type of personal and thoughtful service. Thanks for taking care of my Tiguan -- and taking care of me in the process. It's so nice to not be "just a number" when maintenance is required. Keep up the great attitudes and professional service.
